Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most Miracle Productions pieces enter production after your order is placed.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. This is an estimate, and unusually busy periods can take longer.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking is sent by email when it becomes available. If an order contains products made by different production partners, items may arrive in separate parcels.
What is the difference between “Artwork” and “Photo” on woven products?
These are production options offered on selected woven pieces. “Artwork” is suited to graphic, flat-tone designs; “Photo” is tuned for detailed tonal reproduction. Choose only from the options shown on the product page.
Will colors look exactly like they do on screen?
Screen settings, lighting and the texture of the final material can create small differences in color and contrast. Woven pieces also translate artwork through colored threads, so the result has a tactile character rather than a printed-flat finish.
How should I care for my piece?
Follow the care instructions on the product page. Woven blankets should generally be washed on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble-dried on low. Bags and luggage should be spot-cleaned unless their product page says otherwise.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Use the Contact page as soon as possible. Once production or shipping has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
