These terms apply to purchases from and use of shop.miracle.productions. Miracle Productions is operated by BioTurmric, a single-member limited liability company ("we", "us" and "our"). BioTurmric is your seller and the business responsible for this store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, and products are made and shipped through Printify and its production partners.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or the necessary permission from a parent or guardian. Review your selected items, dimensions, quantity, shipping address, currency and total before paying.

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase, together with the shipping charges and taxes shown there. Later price changes do not change an accepted order. Import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping policy. An automated order email acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered or we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you promptly to resolve it. We will not charge an increased price or supply a substitute without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, we will refund the amount due.

Products and made-to-order fulfillment

Read the description, measurements, materials and care instructions for each product. Screen settings and production processes can produce small visual differences, but items must still match their description and meet applicable quality requirements. Product photos do not waive your rights for defects or material discrepancies.

Availability and shipping destinations vary by product and fulfillment provider. Production begins after ordering and may begin promptly. Requests to change an order cannot always be implemented after production begins. Your mandatory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains destinations, charges, production, delivery and customs. Our Return and refund policy explains cancellation, faulty goods, withdrawal and refunds. These policies form part of the purchase terms. If they conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law takes priority. Fulfillment through a third party does not remove our responsibilities as seller.

Use of the website and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information. Do not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent transactions, or use it to infringe the rights of others. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce its artwork commercially. Rights in the website, artwork and branding remain with their respective owners.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Payment processing, hosting, production and delivery may involve service providers. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their separate services may have their own terms. This does not limit our obligations concerning your purchase.

Consumer protections and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods and rights relating to delivery. No provision requires you to waive mandatory protections available where you live. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to approach a competent court or consumer authority. Please contact us first with the order details so we can try to resolve any concern.

Updates

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. The date above identifies this version. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
